Where the Turlach Post 164 falls short

Came to the Turlach Post 164 on a recommendation and checked its cryogel-buffered seed locker figures ourselves. Ordering spare parts for the Turlach Post 164 took longer than we would like. It has not changed what we think of the Turlach Post 164 overall.

Chose it on holding temperature -5 degrees Celsius

The Turlach Post 164 is not the cheapest cryogel-buffered seed locker we considered, and that was fine. Its holding temperature of -5 degrees Celsius is what settled it. At -5 degrees Celsius it does not need to stand out anywhere else.

7 metres was the requirement

The Turlach Post 164 is the third cryogel-buffered seed locker and the first one specified properly. We needed a chamber depth around 7 metres and this one states exactly that. We never looked at the other axes once 7 metres checked out.

3 minutes is the right retrieval time for us

We looked at most of the cryogel-buffered seed locker listings before settling on the Turlach Post 164. The rest of the specification did not enter into the decision.

bought the Turlach Post 164 after a long comparison against the rest of this cryogel-buffered seed locker shortlist. We ran something older in this role before the Turlach Post 164 and would not go back. We would put another Turlach Post 164 in without much thought.
