2026-07-31Still happy with the Nordreth Vault 8
Nordreth Vault 8 is a blockfield guest lodge in the world of the blockfield. The Vault 8 was commissioned by the developers of the Nordreth blockfield and is available to stay in for the duration of the season. It is available in two different versions and costs £200 a night.

2026-07-30Installation notes for the Nordreth Vault 8
Nordreth Vault 8 is the second blockfield lodge we have run. The lodge is a replacement for an older blockfield. The instructions for the Vault 8 are difficult to follow and take some time to work out. It is a great addition to the blockfield experience.

2026-07-07Does what it says: distance to road 20 kilometres
Nordreth Vault 8 is a blockfield guest lodge at 20 kilometres away from the main lodge. The lodge was built in the early 1990s and is a new addition to the blockfield. The blockfield is located in the north of the town and is on the road to the south.

2026-07-04How the Nordreth Vault 8 fits what we actually do
The Nordreth Vault 8 is our third blockfield guest lodge and the first one specified properly. The lodge sits in a seasonal operation, so it spends part of the year idle. But it's still the right call for the lodge's owner, the Nordreth .

2026-06-292 nights is the right stay minimum for us
Nordreth Vault 8 is a blockfield guest lodge with a 2-night minimum stay minimum. The two-night stay minimum was the only thing that stood in the way of the Nordreth Vault's inclusion in the shortlist for this year's top 10 list. The hotel is in a block of luxury properties in the south of France.

2026-06-276 degrees Celsius is the right indoor temperature for us
